How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges is based on your location and this would be stated on check-out.
How will the delivery be done?
We process most of our deliveries through EMS Nigeria, UPS Delivery Courier and /Or Other Reputable Courier Companies.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Standard delivery time for Lagos is within 36 hours and within 7 days or less for Outside Lagos however, this may vary by location and even product. Delivery time for products are usually indicated on the product detail page.
Does Tabade Pharmaceutical Chemists Limited deliver internationally?
We deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world.
What about warranty & hidden costs?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.
Can my order be delivered the same day I order?
Yes, it can. However, this depends on the time product was ordered and the location for delivery.

After your claim has been validated (after sending a video clip or picture of the item delivered), a return would be authorized for the item at our store.
Can my item be retrieved?
Yes. A retrieval can be approved only for validated complaints of wrong, damaged, product standard and incomplete items.

Do I have to return the gift when I return a product?
Yes, any free gift must also be returned.
How do I track my return status?
We will keep you updated by email and SMS about the status of your return.
Once return of my package is done, how long will it take to be refunded?
Depending on the complaint, a refund can take up to 7 working days.
Can I return my item after the stated returns timeline?

Why was my item redelivered to me instead of a refund?
Returned items will be redelivered to you if we cannot validate your reason for returning it. For example, a Glucose meter returned for given inaccurate results will be tested extensively and if the claim is not validated, the meter as per this example or likes item will be taken to our closest store for you to pick up.

You can request a return within 7 days for all eligible items if: You receive a wrong, damaged, defective, product standard/quality or incomplete item.
